A couple of hours after getting the first B-12 shot, I just started feeling so energized and feeling well. I am going through peri-menopause right now and my anxiety is usually so bad in the mornings and lasts until the evening when it finally starts to dissipate. I was so relieved to wake up the next morning with minor symptoms. I got 4 shots total and I'm so energized and feeling great. This means the world to me.
