After gaining 10 lbs. during Covid, and then going through menopause and gaining another 20 lbs., I decided that I needed help with losing the weight. I was up to 209 lbs. and my normal weight is about 174. I did initally try to loose it on my own, with no success. It's not easy to loose weight at my age and am so thankful to NP Gus for encouraging me to do this for my health. I've now lost 23 lbs. in 4 months or so and want loose another 10 lbs. I'm so thankful and happy to get back to being me, feeling better, healthier and it's helped me to be more active, look younger. Definitely have more energy.

I've been a patient of NP Gus Salcido for a couple of years and he is the best! I've never had a more genuine and caring provider. I'm very particular and I have to say that after he left the previous facility, I had to follow him. I feel more comfortable with him.
